    As a massage therapist and bodyworker since 2015, I practice a whole-body treatment based approach when helping clients reach their health and performance goals. I provide a therapeutic, informative and healing environment where both client and therapist are involved in learning more about their body and related patterns of dysfunction. I believe clear communication and trust is key to providing the best treatment possible. I specialize in assessing and correcting muscle imbalances, mobility restrictions, myofascial pain and stress-holding patterns by combining manual therapies such as slow and focused deep tissue, cupping, sports and trigger point work.

    My ultimate goal is to help you feel pain free and move with ease.

    As a massage therapist for over 20 years I am able to see the benefits that bodywork has for people at any stage of their life. The athletes I work with range from elite runners, Triathletes, Ultra-marathoners, Crossfit competitors, weightlifters and professional surfers - my bodywork has helped them recover, stay injury free and give them support with their own self care and guidance in mobilization. My work is not limited to athletes, I work with many in their recovery from car accidents, surgeries and over use syndromes. I have been able to work with women through multiple pregnancies to find pain relief and be able to relax from their busy lives. But whatever we put our bodies through in life, my extensive training in bodywork allows me to adapt to your individual needs. My goal is to have clear communication with each client so we create a session that gives you the best results.
